A great adventure in the Sibillini Mountains accompanied by an Italian truffle hunter with his trustworthy and trained dogs and the Italian teacher, walking through the unspoiled nature of our woods. The truffle hunter will introduce you to the world of Italian truffles, in particular to the species that grow in Le Marche, explaining the biological cycle of truffle,  where and how the truffles are found and how it is used and which are the recipes that enhance it the most.
